Holly Lynn Kiel, 50, of Arden died Friday August 09, 2024 at her residence.
She was born January 28, 1974 in Marshall County, Ind to Barry and Debbie Holle Reichert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Brent Kiel, her father, Barry and uncles John Holle and Dennis Westafer.
Holly graduated from Reynolds High School. She attended Western Carolina University for one year before moving to California and graduating from Cal State Fullerton. Holly worked many jobs in her career , including Victim Witness, Orange County, California, Project Challenge and Guardian Ad Litem in Henderson County.
Her current position (17 years) which was with NC Department of Health and Human Services through the CDC.
She is survived by her parents, Mike and Debbie Romine of Hendersonville, one sister and brother in law, Lana and Terry Payton of Fletcher one nephew Trevor Payton of Fletcher, her beloved dog Brodee (15) and fur babies Remi and Winnie,. Two aunts, Tina Plowman (Dave) and Jolene Westafer, one uncle, Brett Holle, her grandfather, Wayne Romine and numerous cousins. Holly had insurmountable numbers of friends that she cherished with all her heart!
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday August 23, 2024 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Hendersonville Elks Lodge #1616, 546 N. Justice Street, Hendersonville, NC 28739.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to : Guardian Ad Litem District 42 Advocacy Fund 1347, Spartanburg Highway Suite 5, Hendersonville, NC 28792.
