Teanette Brown Pate, 96, of Saluda went home to be with the Lord on Monday September 09, 2024 at Hendersonville Health and Rehab.
A native and lifelong resident of Henderson County, she was the daughter of the late Marcus L. and Leah A. Nix Brown.
Teanette was a member of Upward Baptist Church. She retired from GE. She loved flowers and working in her garden. She loved her family and had a sweet soul up until her death.
Those left to cherish her memory are one son: Larry Parris (Deborah) of Zirconia, NC, two daughters; Brenda Rhodes (John decd) of Saluda, NC and Rita McMurray (Randy) of Flat Rock, NC, four grandchildren; Scott Whiteside of Saluda, NC, Josh Parris (Heidi) of Houston, TX, Mark Parris (Savanna) of Saluda, NC and Rebecca Weekly (Brett) of Greenville, SC, five great grandchildren; Keegan Whiteside, Jack Siak, Nick Siak, Samuel Parris and Clara Parris and several neices and nephews.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Hendersonville Health and Rehab for the excellent loving care Teanette received.
A graveside will be held on Thursday September 12, 2024 at the eleven o’clock in the morning at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
