Beatrice, better known as Betty, passed away January 10, 2022 at the Medical Center, Carolina Village, Hendersonville, North Carolina.
She was the daughter of the late Albert Henry Roux and Matilda St.Pierre. Beatrice was born in Lowell Massachusetts the evening of 12 June,1929. She was of the Catholic faith. She lived in Lowell for the first 18 years, graduating from Lowell High School class of 1946. She married Edward Farrell and had three children. She began married life raising her children and being a housewife. Later she moved to Worcester Mass where she became a Realtor, running her own business. She then worked for the City of Worcester at the Main Library building and later at the Worcester City Water Department. She met and married Glenn Musser while working at the library. They were together for some 42 years. They moved to Hendersonville in 2001, living on Balsom Rd. for 16 years before moving into Carolina Village in 2016. With Glenn, she became a traveler visiting many states, cruised several oceans and had one grand tour of nine weeks in Europe.
Betty was a marvelous cook, had a wonderful personality, and was part of the elegance of life and life’s grand scheme, and being her own woman for her entire existence. Her family and friends will sorely miss her for ages to come.
In addition to her husband,Glenn Musser, she is survived by her children, Pamela Rising, Bryan Farrell and Eileen Farrell; three grandchildren, Carl Rising, Melanie Rising and Mark Fulginiti.
She was preceded in death by a grandson Joseph Fulginiti.
