Lula W. Anderson died January 27, 2020 after a brief illness.
She was born September 26,1929 in Greenville County, SC, the daughter of James and Bell McFall Wood. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ray Anderson, and her sisters, Doris Evelyn Wood Price and Elizabeth Josephine Wood Kemp, and brothers George Mannon Wood, and Howard Grady Wood (H.G. or Jake). Surviving are her brother, James Lewis Wood and sister-in-law, Betty Wood, her daughter, Vickey Pittillo and son-in-law Mack Pittillo, granddaughter Tracie Turner and grandson, Chance Zimmerman, numerous nephews and nieces, and special nieces Margaret Beasley (Ken) and Pat Goan (Charlie),

A graveside memorial service will be held Sunday, February 2, 2:00 pm, Ward”s Cemetery (Double Springs Cemetery), Old US 25 South of Double Springs Baptist Church, Zirconia, NC. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Double Springs Baptist Church.
