John Gary Dalton, 75, of Hendersonville passed away Friday February 02, 2024 at Valley Hill Health and Rehab.
A native of Henderson County, he was the son of the late Charles F. and Laura Justice Dalton and husband of the late Ruby Jane Stewart Dalton, who died in 2011. He was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.
John loved to hunt, he enjoyed music and dancing. John was a big Elvis fan. His greatest passion was farming. He loved his family especially his grandkids. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory are two sons; Heath Dalton (Monica) and Jason Dalton (Janice) three grandchildren; Heather, Jonathan and Michael, one great – grandchild; Godrix and one sister Kay Cantrell
A funeral service will be held, Wednesday, February 07, 2024 at two o’clock in the afternoon at Mountain Home Baptist Church, with the Reverend Craig Garren officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Valley Hill Health and Rehab.
