Gwen Newman, 65 of Hendersonville, NC passed away peacefully in her home on Monday February 12, 2024 with her family by her side.
Gwen was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church. She was retired from Upward Elementary School. Anyone that knew Gwen knew how much she loved her family and that her grandchildren were her world.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert; sons, Jason (Mandy), Cody (Fancy); daughter, Jena; grandchildren, Jackson, Hunter, Adalyn; her brothers, Billy (Cindy) Jackson and Mike Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents Herbert & Jean Jackson.
A graveside service will be held Thursday February 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hendersonville, NC.
