Mary Evelyn Jackson Splawn was born on August 23, 1944, and entered eternal rest on February 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Evelyn is predeceased by her parents, Kelly & Helen Jackson, siblings, Thomas Jackson, Beatrice Jackson Kerr, Carolyn Jackson Ferguson.
Evelyn was a Christian woman serving the Lord as her number one priority. She worked as a Lab Technician at Anderson Dental Lab, and Berkeley Mills Plant. Evelyn was a devoted wife, Mother, Sibling, Nana and Friend to many of us, setting the example of a life well lived.
She is survived by her husband, of over 60 years, Aubrey Splawn , brother, Roger Jackson and his wife Micki Jackson, Sister-in-Law, Stella Jackson, Brother-In-Law Jim Ferguson, her loving sons, David Splawn and Janine Splawn his wife, and Mark Splawn, and many nieces and nephews, as well as her grandchildren Camden David Splawn and Kyle Mark Splawn.
A graveside service will be held, Monday February 17, 2025 at Mountain Home Baptist Church Cemetery at two o’clock in the afternoon, with the Reverend Craig Garren and Reverend Craig Stepp officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Four Seasons Hospice – 571 South Allen road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
