Linda K. Wilson Justus passed away into Jesus’ arms on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
Born January 10, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Leonard Clinton Wilson and Kathleen Bishop Wilson. She was the youngest of four children. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Shelba Jenkins Jones.
Linda was a 1968 graduate of East Henderson High School and went to work for Kalma Dairy, Brunson’s Furniture, Henderson County and retired while at Hansen Johnson and Associates in 1992 to help take care of her parents.
Linda never met a stranger and was able to talk to anyone until she suffered a massive stroke in August of 2022. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved Jesus, her church Zirconia Missionary Baptist Church, and gospel music.
She is survived by her husband of 54 wonderful years, Sam Justus; a son, Timothy N. Justus; two grandchildren, Heath P. Justus, and Stephija Patterson; a brother, L.C. Wilson (Kay); sister, Barbara Lively Medford (Jim); many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Reverends Travis Parker, Charles Rogers and Anthony Craver will officiate. The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 2-6pm at the home, 1281 Macedonia Rd, Saluda, NC
