Donald Elmon Williams Sr, 81, of Hendersonville passed away Friday February 18, 2022 at his residence.
A native of Henderson County, he was the son of the late William J. and Allie Vaughn Williams. He was preceded in death by one daughter and eight brothers and sisters.
Donald was a skilled taxidermist. He loved hunting and working with horses. He was a hard worker who took care of his family.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 15 years, Peggy Branks Williams, two sons, Donnie Williams of Etowah and Larry Williams (Angie) of Hendersonville, three daughters, Karen Farmer of Signal Mountain, TN, Linda Hatfield (Ken) of GA and Samatha Martin (Heath) of FL, three step – children, Victoria Rogers of FL, Charles Foster (Vicki) of FL and Richard McEntire of SC, eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one sister, Betty Proctor of High Point NC and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
