Debra Jean Varney, 63, of East Flat Rock, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 03, 2021 from the Elizabeth House.
A native of Alexandria Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Issac and Gladys Gibson Walker.
Debra was of the Baptist faith. She graduated from East Henderson High School in 1975 and was a retired housekeeper with Carolina Village. Debra was a friend to all and will be missed by all that knew her.
Survivors include, her loving husband of 45 years, Harvey L. Varney; one brother, James Mays of Hendersonville; one sister Dorothy Weaver (Richard) of Virginia and several nieces and nephews.
No service is planned at this time.
