Sarah Ellen Morgan Satterfield, 38, died unexpectedly Sunday, Feb. 26, at her home in Etowah.
She was born in Henderson County, a daughter of the late Diane Ball Morgan and David Morgan. A talented artist, she grew up in the Lake Summit area and was a graduate of East Henderson High School. She was recently employed with Home Helpers.
In addition to her parents and grandparents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Satterfield, and her brother, DJ Morgan.
She leaves behind her beloved son, Jude Satterfield, two nieces, Lily and Hazel Morgan, a number of aunts, an uncle and a number of cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am March 25 at Mud Creek Baptist Church in Hendersonville. Visitation will be at 10 am at the church.
