Karson Dakota Haynes, 13, of East Flat Rock, NC., went home to be with Jesus on Monday, April 10, 2023.
Karson was a well loved little boy with an amazing heart and beautiful smile. His love for Jesus brought joy to everyone around him. Although we will miss him here, we know he is set free in Heaven.
Karson was cared for by his “GonGon” (Aunt Dawn Hughes) for most of his life. She was his biggest advocate. He loved his brother Blaze Craig more than anyone. Along by his side was his cousin / sister Bethanee Hughes (Jesse Rempel) and favorite little cousin Bailey Rempel. Karson had 3 sisters, Madison, Adrianna, and Abigail Haynes of Nahunta GA., along with a grandmother, Kathy Haynes. Karson’s best friend was Gracie Benton and his 3 fur babies that never left his side, Freya, Daisy and Lucy. Karson’s special Hospice Angel’s were Roxann Hanson, Kathy Phibeck, Amy Smith, Rikki Hooper.
Karson was an inspiration to anyone who met him. You never saw him without a bite stick and jingle toys. To know Karson was to love him. This world was a brighter place because of him.
A Celebration of life will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 16th, 2023 at Salvation Army 3rd Ave E. Hendersonville NC. Please wear bright colored clothes in his memory.

Though God has already called me home,
remember that you are not alone,
So please don’t linger in the dark,
But keep the light on in your heart.
Don’t loose hope and don’t be sad,
Be thankful for the life we had,
