Frank Everett Flagg, age 69, of Hendersonville, NC. went to be with the Lord, April 18, 2020, after a courageous battle with a long-term illness.
Frank was born on May 7, 1950 in Worcester, Massachusetts to Russell and Gloria Flagg.
Frank served his country as a Civil Engineer in the United States Air Force, retiring in 1990 after 20 years of service. Following his military career, he was employed with Continental Teves and retired in 2015. Frank was a faithful member of Mud Creek Baptist Church in Hendersonville, NC. and enjoyed providing transportation for the Senior Adult Ministry.
Frank is survived by his wife Kathi Flagg of Hendersonville, NC; daughters Laura and Rachel Flagg and grandson Jayden Flagg of Hendersonville, NC. Earl Flagg (brother) and his wife Chris of Worcester, Massachusetts. Mary Capps (mother in law) of Hendersonville NC; Cliff Capps (brother in law) and his wife Tammy of Hendersonville, NC, several nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by Timmy Flagg (son) and Russell and Gloria Flagg (parents) and Clifford S Capps (father in law).
A celebration of life with military honors will be held at Mud Creek Baptist Church on Sunday June 28th at 2pm. Officiating Dr. Greg Mathis. Music by Dr. Chris Roberts.
