Patricia McCrary, 77, of Hendersonville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 17, 2021. A native of Tuxedo, she was the daughter of the late Willard Judson Lewis and Ruby Davis Lewis. Pat was a dedicated and true servant to her church, Little River Baptist Church and loved her family. She was a marathon runner, up to 10 miles a day and while working at Mountain Horticulture Research Station would often run during her lunch break.
In addition to parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Vera Jo Anne Nix and Shelby Gevert.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Dan McCrary; son, Greg (Terra) McCrary; granddaughters, Terran Smith, Tristan McCrary, and Callie Garrison; great grandsons, Luke and Levi Smith; and brother, Bobby Lewis.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Little River Baptist Church. Burial will follow the service at Crab Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
