Jose Luis Arrieta, 64, of Hendersonville, North Carolina passed away Monday, May 27, 2024.
Jose (Ho) Arrieta was born May 24, 1960. Jose will be dearly missed by his 2 brothers and 3 sisters and their families. His legacy will continue through his three beautiful children and through his eight amazing grandchildren. Jose’s loyalty and love for his childhood friends never wavered. It is evident through over 50 years of friendship with those he considered brothers as well. He honored his family and his country with his service in the Marine Corps. His presence will be missed.
Jose came to western North Carolina in 2017. Soon after, he met his wife Carolyn. Jose and Carolyn were best friends and together shared the love of their lives. They had a love for God’s creatures and had an entire family of furry kids, including nine dogs, two cats and a pet snake.
Jose was a skilled craftsman and flag making artist. Many will enjoy his handmade, patriotic, wooden flags for years to come. Jose honorably served his country as a marine. He completed his service but never lost his love for his country.
