Edward Cline Baynard, 85, of Hendersonville, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the Elizabeth House.
Born in Edgefield, SC, he was the son of the late Clyde Monroe and Helen Mease Baynard. He married his eternal love Betty McDonald on August 06, 1955 and together they always knew “we will have a long run” and that they did 65 years! He was preceded in death by two sisters, Alma Morgan and Aleen Cordney and one brother, Ted Baynard.
In addition to his wife, Betty, he is survived his son, Randy; his daughter, Delynn; his sister, Mary Helen Hyder; two brothers, LC and Chris Baynard; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He will be missed dearly by his wife, children and all who knew him.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 11AM at the Avery’s Creek Christian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Merck officiating.
