Bill was a member of Fruitland Baptist Church. He was a member of the handbell choir at the Fletcher Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was a great musician who loved playing handbells and his Tuba. He loved going on mission trips with his church and making eyeglasses for the communities they were ministering to.
Bill was proud to be a Marching Chief of the FSU band. He was a true garnet and gold fan! This is also where he met the love of his life, Nettie. He also loved working with wood and turning it into beautiful pieces. He was a giant man of many talents with a giant loving heart.
