Misty Lynette Anders, loving wife and mother, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the age of 50.
She is survived by Jamie Mitchell Anders, her husband of 8 years, her sons Christopher Pascoe and Daniel Pascoe, grandchildren Zoey Pascoe and Kaeden Pascoe, her mother Brenda McMullen and husband Mac McMullen, her father Charles Kilpatrick, stepchildren Chesney Roberts and Ryan Anders, along with many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Misty was preceded in death by her grandmother, Wanda Roberts.
Misty was born in Hendersonville, NC. She was a lifelong resident of Henderson and Transylvania counties. Her greatest joys were her husband, children and grandchildren. The love she had for each of them was truly boundless and unconditional. She also held a special place in her heart for her dogs Georgia, Ace, and Dixie. Misty had a true passion for gardening. With her green thumb, she delighted in tending to her beautiful plants. She was always excited to see what her garden would yield. She collected pottery as well. Her collection included a wide variety of pieces and she enjoyed each one for its uniqueness. Misty will be remembered for her strength, optimistic attitude, quick wit, contagious laugh and her undeniable ability to speak her truth.
A memorial service will be at 5:00 PM Monday July 15, 2019 in the Chapel in the Pines of Jackson Funeral Service.
