Johnny L. Sherman, 81, of Flat Rock, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021.
He left this world surrounded by his wife, Marilyn; daughter and son-in-law, Patty and Paul Johnson and grandson Tyler Orr, his best “buddy”.
He was the son of the late William and Grace Sherman. He was preceded in death by his sister, Joy Jones and his brother, Roy Sherman.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Marilyn Sherman; his loving daughter, Patty Johnson and her husband Paul, Pam Davis, Penny Franklin and her husband Robert; a son, Johnny Sherman, Jr and his wife Deborah; grandsons, Tyler Orr (his pride and joy), Gregory Jones, Matthew Jones, Shawn Toney, Aaron Toney, Jordon Sherman; his siblings, Troy Sherman and Catherine McMinn.
