Daniel Lee Fulcher Sr., 81, of Mills River, NC went to be with the Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.
He was the son of the late Terrell Fulcher and Fannie Guffey Fulcher.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Patricia Baldwin Fulcher.
He is survived by three sons, Daniel Fulcher Jr. and wife Lois of Mills River, NC.; Jeremy Smith and wife Mandy of Hendersonville, NC.; Jason Smith and wife Amy of Carrboro, NC.; A brother ,Thomas T. Fulcher of Dayton, TN and his children, Eddie Fulcher of Mills River, NC, Kristie Reynolds and husband Bill of Whittier, NC and Brad Fulcher and wife Bobbie of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
He was a 1961 graduate of West Henderson High School. He served in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve and is a Vietnam Veteran.
He was a loving Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Papaw and Friend. He will be remembered lovingly by his family and all who knew him.
A graveside memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial park.
