Mary Pearl McClung, 83, of Hendersonville fell asleep in Jesus on August 10, 2019 at Elizabeth House. A Henderson County native, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Estelle Fore Byers, and wife of the late Jack McClung. She was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Byers.
She was a devoted member of Upward Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was a member of the Byers Sisters Quartet. She will be remembered as a loving, kind hearted person who always wore a beautiful smile.
She is survived by a son, Jerry McClung and his wife Patty; a daughter, Cindy Dabaibeh; three grandchildren, Jesse McClung and his wife Shelli, Cody McClung, Dylan McClung and his wife Kristin; three great-grandchildren, Quinn Audrey McClung, Sienna Pearl McClung and Ezra Jackson McClung; three sisters, Joann Grant, Louella Suttles and her husband Dan and Pam Sumner and her husband Tom; a brother, Roger Byers and his wife Shirley; a brother-in-law, Will McClung and his wife Ruby; numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 2PM at the Upward Seventh Day Adventist Church.
