Ronnie Ponder, 64, of Hendersonville passed away, Saturday August 14, 2021 at the Elizabeth House.
Born on April 21,1957, he was the son of the late William M. and Margaret Elizabeth Thompson Ponder and husband of the late Sandy Ponder.
Ronnie is survived by a daughter Tonya Ponder and son Joe Ponder, a sister Kay Ballard and her husband Charles. He has six grandchildren, Markese Lynch, Markel Lynch. Zhane Lynch, Makenzie Ponder, Logan Ponder and Mason Ponder. He also had several nieces and nephews. He was sick and suffered for several years, now the suffering has ended and you can Rest In Peace.
A graveside service will be held Friday August 20, 2021 at 2:00 in the afternoon at Dana Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Reverend Dan Blackwell officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
