Jena Newman, 36, of Hendersonville, NC passed away on her 36th birthday, August 17, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Jena was a 2008 graduate of North Henderson High School. After graduation she worked as a care giver at Hope Academy.
Jena loved her family and especially her big brothers. She loved anything pink, Eeyore, Tennessee Vols, her babies and butterflies. Jena always loved watching her nephews and niece and always made sure they have their sweet tea. To know Jena was to lover her. She loved everyone, was always smiling and giggling.
Surviving is her father, Robert Newman; brothers, Jason (Mandy) and Cody (Fancy); her nephews, Jackson and Hunter Newman and her niece, Adalyn Newman.
She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jena was preceded in death by her mom, Gwen Newman, her paternal grandparents, Margaret and Robert Newman and her maternal grandparents, Herbert and Jean Jackson.
Jena is going to be greatly missed but we know she is with Jesus and her momma today.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 20th at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Craig Stepp and Rev. Steve Gibbs officiating.
The Newman family has entrusted Jackson Funeral Service with the arrangements.
