Charles H. Keenum, 83, of Hendersonville, NC, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, September 4, 2025 at his residence.
He was a lifelong resident of Henderson County. He was the son of the late Cloyce and Edith Keenum.
He graduated from Hendersonville High School and worked at Ecusta Paper Mill for 34 years.
He was a member of Mud Creek Baptist Church and previously attended Calvary Baptist Church for many years.
Charles was married to the love of his life, Carola for 55 years. He has missed her desperately since she passed away in 2021.
He is survived by a daughter, Candi Wright and her husband Dean of Fairview, NC; a son Charles Keenum Jr. and his wife Kim of Fort Mill, SC; four grandchildren, Allie (husband, Jayson), Lauren, Reece and Maggie; and one great grandson, Wyatt.
A graveside service for family and friends will beat 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 9th at Shepherd Memorial Park with David Stanford officiating.
The family has entrusted Jackson Funeral Service with the arrangements.
