Pastor Caroll Daniel Poole, a faithful servant of God, a devoted Husband, Dad, and Papa, left his mortal body for his eternal heavenly home on Sunday, September 14, 2025.
For 37 years he was the Pastor of East Hendersonville Baptist Church. Putting God first in his life, he dearly loved his church family. Putting God first in his life, he dearly loved his expansive family.
Putting God first, he was our teacher, our leader, our family, our friend.
After 77 years of living an example of putting God first he is survived by his wife, Pat of East Flat Rock; his
children, Monica Black (T.J.) of Tuxedo, Michael Poole a life long Nomad, Michael Garren (Jessica) of East Flat Rock, Mendy Conard (Zac) of East Flat Rock, Wendy Williams (Robby) of Hoopers Creek; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild; three brothers; three sisters; nieces and nephews with children of their own; infinite brothers and sisters in Christ.
Putting God first, there will be a graveside service held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hendersonville, North Carolina at 11 AM. Putting God first, on Friday, September 19, 2025 there will be a memorial service for Preacher Poole at East Hendersonville Baptist Church at 11 AM. Both services will be led by Brother Bobby Capps and Evangelist Tom Hayes.
