“Rick” Frady, 62, a native of Henderson County, North Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 1, 2020 while at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Mary Ellen Redden Frady.
He is survived by his sons, Kyle Frady and his wife, Gabrielle, Alex Santos and his wife, Keriann; daughter, Janny Santos; grandchildren, Harper, Raeann, Maryann, Kinsley, and Kaden; brother, Michael Frady and his wife, Carolyn; sister, Libby Frady and her husband Larry; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rick was a well-known friend of the softball community. He was a gentle giant with a great big heart who made a huge impact in people’s lives. He will be missed by all who knew him.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Mount Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery, Zirconia, NC. Reverend Jack Givens will officiate. Military Honors will be conducted by Henderson County Honor Guard.
