R.W. (Bill) Faulk, Jr. of Hendersonville, NC, passed away on November 06, 2022… just four days shy of his 89th birthday.
Bill was born in Houston, TX on November 10th to the late Roy Willis Faulk and Katherine Elaine Levert of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was preceeded in death by his brother John Faulk of Virginia Beach, VA and son John William Faulk of Rutherfordton, NC
Bill is survived by his wife of 42 years, Pamela Faulk; his daughter Amy Whitesell (Rick) of Bryan, Texas and daughter-in-law Michelle Faulk of Rutherfordton, NC.
Bill was a devoted grandfather and exceptional role model to his grandchildren Abby, Katie, Reagan, John William, Travis, Olivia and Hunter. He was also blessed by great-grandchildren Ramsey, Gareth and Milo.
Prior to moving to Hendersonville, Bill worked as a CPA for Price Waterhouse accounting firm. During his 32 years with Price Waterhouse, Bill lived in Florda, Houston and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Bill and Pam (his favorite travel companion) embarked on many adventures and were blessed to explore different sights, cultures, and cuisines during their travels. They moved to Hendersonville full-time in 2012 after they fell in love with the mountains of Western North Carolina. Bill often said there was nothing left on his “bucket list”. He lived life to the fullest and accomplished everything he set out to do.
Bill was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hendersonville. Services will be at noon on Saturday, November 12th at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
