Faye Nix, 75, of Flat Rock, NC went to be with the Lord, Sunday, November 28, 2021 with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Madison County, NC, graduated from TC Roberson High School and had lived in Henderson County most of her life.
She was the daughter of the late Bruce and Grace Ray Allen and was also preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Allen Jr. and a sister, Joyce Bryson.
She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
Faye was a gentle, kind, loving woman, who spent her life giving and helping others whether it be through words of encouragement or a lending hand.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Jimmy Nix; two sons, Brent Nix (Tammy) of Hendersonville and Mark Nix (Charlene) of Hendersonville; three grandkids, Gracie, Alivia and Mason; one niece, Billi Jo Allen; one nephew, Justin Allen (Alisha) three great nephews, Bryson, Cooper and Dusty; one great niece, Donni; two great-great nephews, Ira and Jorah; one great-great niece, Ezra and one aunt, Edith Allison.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 1st at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr Bryan Melton and Rev. Dan Blackwell officiating.
