Dorothy F. Gibbs 92, of Hendersonville passed away on Tuesday December 10, 2019 at the Laurels of Hendersonville as results of a car accident.
A lifelong resident of Henderson County, she was the daughter of the late Vern and Ruth Cagle Blankenship.
Survivors include two sons, Steve and Rickie Gbbs of the home, one daughter Diane Duncan of East Flat Rock, one brother Edward Blankenship of Arden, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Friday December 13, 2019 at 11 AM at Stoney Mountain Baptist Church with the Revs. Thomas Holebrooks and Charles Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
