Jerry H. Titel
January 21, 1939 – December 27, 2022
Dr Titel is survived by his wife Carol, children Carrie and Kenneth, four grandchildren, and one great grandson.
Dr. Titel had a bed side manner and compassion for his patient’s well-being and health that touched many during his career. Beginning as an Anesthesiologist, moving into teaching, acquiring his MBA and then holding a Medical Management role were each a steppingstone to his final gift to the community where he treated people who were overcoming addiction. His work ethic, attention to detail, love of music and tireless commitment touched many lives. Through it all he was committed to spending quality time with his family and traveled regularly to ensure the family bonds remained strong.
Many will miss him.
